The ₹99 VIP visit

• Reschedule free of charge by messaging your studio on WhatsApp before your slot.
• Cancellation and refund of the ₹99: ADD-99-REFUND-RULE
• If you go on to book a service, the ₹99 may be credited against it: ADD-99-CREDIT-RULE

Services

• If something is not right, tell the studio before you leave and we will redo the affected part free of charge.
• Refunds for completed services are reviewed by the studio owner case by case.

How refunds are paid

Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Razorpay refunds usually reach you within 5 to 7 working days.
