Wash In Time ("WIT", "we", "us") runs car care studios in Telangana, India, offering services such as paint protection film, ceramic coating, car wash and detailing. This policy explains what we do with the details you share with us, including through Facebook and Instagram lead forms.
What we collect
- Details you enter in our lead forms, website forms or WhatsApp chats: your name, phone number, email (if given), city, and your car make, model and year.
- Your answers to any questions on the form, and which ad or campaign the form came from.
- Records of our conversations with you about a booking, quote or service, such as messages, appointment dates and job notes.
How we use it
- To call or message you about the service you asked about, and to send quotes and booking reminders.
- To route your enquiry to the studio nearest you.
- To do the work on your car, follow up afterwards, and ask for a review.
- To understand which ads and services bring useful enquiries, so we can improve them.
Who sees it
Your details are visible to WIT staff at the studio handling your enquiry. We use trusted service providers to run our systems (for example hosting, messaging and customer-record tools), and they may process your details only to provide those services to us. We do not sell your personal information.
Facebook and Instagram lead forms
When you submit a lead form on Facebook or Instagram, Meta passes the details you entered to us through our business tools. Meta's own handling of your information is covered by Meta's privacy policy. We use what you submit only for the purposes listed above.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry and job records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal needs, and delete or anonymise them when they are no longer needed.
Your choices and data deletion
To have your data deleted, email us at the address below. You can also ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can ask us to stop contacting you at any time. Email support@washintime.com with your name and phone number and we will act on your request.
Security
We keep records in access-controlled systems and limit access to staff who need it. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
