What happens to your car.

  1. Book

    Book the ₹99 VIP visit in the chat or message the studio on WhatsApp. You get a slot, not a queue.

  2. Check-in

    Your car gets a job card at the counter. We note the size class, the services and anything you want us to look at.

  3. Inspect

    Paint, glass, wheels and underbody checked under studio lights before any product touches the car.

  4. Work

    Wash, interior, coating or film, done in the bay assigned on your job card.

  5. Quality check

    A second person checks the car against the job card before you see it.

  6. Handover

    We walk you round the car, share care guidance, and only then ask for a review.

How is the price decided?
By car size class: Small (Alto, Swift, i20), Medium (Dzire, Verna, City), Large (Creta, Nexon, Scorpio) and Extra large (Fortuner, XUV700). If your car sits between two classes, the studio confirms the class before work starts. Prices marked demo are being confirmed and the studio quotes the final rate before starting.
What do I get in the ₹99 VIP visit?
A VIP wash, a paint audit under studio lights and an underbody check. At the end we tell you what your car needs, if anything. You are never asked to buy on the spot.
Will ceramic coating make my paint scratch-proof?
No coating does that. Ceramic adds gloss, repels water and makes the car easier to clean. PPF helps against stone chips and light scuffs. We share care guidance at handover so the finish lasts.
How long will my car be with you?
Washes take 25 to 75 minutes of service time. Interior detailing takes 4 to 5 hours, ceramic 1 to 2 days and PPF 2 to 4 days. Busy hours can add waiting time, and we tell you when you book.
What is Gold VIP?
A one-year wash pack valid at every WIT studio. Gold is ₹3,999 for 15 washes. Platinum is ₹9,999 for 15 premium washes with underbody inspection, waxing, priority service and a dedicated account manager.
Do I need to book?
Booking gets you a fixed slot. Walk-ins are welcome when a bay is free, but a booked car goes first.
